Huw works for codeweavers and they have some bugs in Outlook that need attention. Unfortunately they specify his work while at work and pay him to do what earns money from their customers - see the money offered for Outlook on their page. Someone who volunteers to help keep the patches so they apply to latest git - would help him and others. micomax is working on it. Hopefully he will publish his changes. apparently soon. reports are of good speed improvements even with what little has been done. update mar 10. Micomax has published his work. It is in a form which will not make it into wine, but it is a good way to test if the dib engine results in improvements. Juliard has approved a method of a dib engine by a couple of developers and this will take a long time to do. But you can try it out mico's work now, and even help implement more of the current work by micomax. The more programs which are shown to benefit, it is easier for codeweavers to see a business case for it and put it higher on their list, but they do need to examine the trade off between improvements vs income. Ask on the list to assist if you wish to help, or if you have a wish to fund development by yourself, or by getting together a group of users to pool funds - this is another way to get the approved version in.
