Bordeaux is A commercial third-party tool that installs and configures Windows applications. As of Jan 09 they provide a 30 day no hassle refund for users wanting to trial it. Pricing was for $20. According to A. English Jan 09 it also manages different WINEPREFIX's which can be handy.

About Bordeaux:

The Bordeaux Technology Group is apparently a software company specializing in Windows compatibility software for Users of Linux & BSD and seems to have the goal of making access to Windows programs and data seamless and low cost, without requiring licensing of Microsoft's Technology. The Bordeaux Group also provides Windows compatibility migration services and support for alternative operating systems.

Bordeaux is a front end for Wine with custom DLLs and scripts. Bordeaux uses winetricks on its back end and send patches back to winetricks, as well as all DLL and registry changes to WineHQ for inclusion.[1]

Previously Codeweavers was the main company for those wanting to run windows software on Wine. Now there is bordeaux as well, and with their support for Wine, this can only benefit Wine. .

Version 1.6 comes with added support for Google's Chrome Web Browser, Google Earth, Google Picasa, Trillian and Apple's Safari Web Browser. Additionally, Cellar support has improved; you can now delete and install into an existing Cellar. IE6 now installs java, shockwave and latest flash. There has also been many small bug fixes and tweaks on the back end to improve the speed and reliability of all the supported applications.
